Your healthy pyramid should be built on a healthy foundation of a physical activity and weight management. Then the three key food groups that build on that foundation are whole grains, fruits and vegetables, healthy protein, and fats from sources such as fish. Foods containing simple and processed fats and sugars should be limited. |
